Nora M. Wright

Nora M. Wright, 79, of Smith Station, AL passed away Saturday, January 13, 2018 at the St. Francis Hospital.

A funeral service will be held at 4pm EST at Vance Memorial Chapel, Wednesday, January 17, 2018. Visitation will be before the service starting at 3pm.

Mrs. Wright was born May 6, 1938 in Lanett, AL to the late Alvin Smith and Emma Lorene Adams Smith. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by 2 sons, Robert Larry Rudd and Henry Corie Rudd and 6 siblings.

She is survived by a daughter, Lisa Wartman; 3 sons, George Smith, Randall Rudd and John Rudd; 3 sisters, Ruby Streeter, Judy Robinette and Linda Meeks; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends.
