O’Nari Belle Adams, 88, of Phenix City died Wednesday, December 04, 2019 after an extended illness.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, December 07, 2019 from 5:00 PM till 7:00 PM (EST) at Vance Brooks Funeral Home, Phenix City, AL. A private committal will be held at a later date in Lakeview Memory Gardens.
Ms. Adams was born February 07, 1931 in Carteret, NC daughter of the late William Garner and Minnie Marson Edwards. She had retired as a Waitress at the VFW after many years. Ms. Adams enjoyed the Dog Tracks and being around her daughter’s horses. We will remember her as having a loving and open heart for anyone in true need. She was always willing to offer real assistance. We will always cherish her in our hearts and memories.
Ms. Adams was also preceded in death by a son, Robert Lawrence Currid, Jr. and her siblings.
Survivors include two daughters, Audrey Jane Stelly, Momou, LA and Barbara Ann Bourm (Dean), Woodstock, GA; one son, Thomas E. Adams, Jr., Panama City, FL; six grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren; ex-husband, Thomas Edward Adams (Wanda), Smith Station, AL; family friend, Deborah Harrison, Smiths Station, AL; several nieces, nephews, and other family members also survive.
