Patricia Bruce

Patricia Bruce, 48, of Columbus, GA, passed away July 4, 2015. A celebration of life will be held Saturday, July 11, 2015 beginning at 12:30 P.M. EST at Vance-Brooks Funeral Home, 4048 Macon Road, Columbus, GA. 31907. Patricia Bruce was born December 24, 1966 daughter of Charlie Bruce and Hazel Matthew Bruce. Patricia worked as a daycare teacher. She was a loving caring person that always spoke her mind. Patricia loved everyone and never met a stranger. She is preceded in death by her father, Charlie Bruce; brothers, David Lee Bruce, and Bobby Bruce. Survivors include, her dear mother, Hazel Matthew Bruce; daughters, Ashley Bruce of Columbus, GA, and Vaneca Jones of Union Springs, AL; sons, Xavier Bruce of Columbus, GA, and Brian Rowell Bruce of Columbus, GA; sisters, Bertha Jernigan of Dallas, TX, Christine Bruce of Columbus, GA, Mary McBride(Curt) of Columbus, GA, Phyllis Humphries (Ronnie) of Columbus, GA, Marylin Ward of Atlanta, GA, and Shirlene Anderson of Columbus, GA; brothers, James Bruce (Marie) of Lagrange, GA, Clarence Bruce of Columbus, GA, and Gregory Bruce (Sharon) of Columbus, GA; Patricia also leaves behind numerous beloved nieces, nephews, cousins and caring friends. Patricia will be remembered as a loving mother, daughter, sister and caring friend to all the lives that she touched.
