Pauline Woodham Williams, 92, of Phenix City, AL passed away Wednesday, October 24, 2018.
A funeral service will be held 10:00am, Saturday, October 27, 2018 at The Mausoleum Chapel at Lakeview Memory Gardens, Phenix City, AL. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00, Friday evening at the Vance Brooks Funeral Home in Phenix City.
Mrs. Williams was born May 2, 1926 in Slocomb, AL to the late Seab Howell Woodham and Otis June Greer Woodham. She moved with her husband Lloyd H. Williams to the Phenix City area and raised her family here. They enjoyed working with the Shriners and the local Masonic Lodge. Mrs. Williams was devoted to her family and her community, volunteering at nursing homes and the Phenix City Senior Center.
Other than her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Lloyd H. Williams and a son, Richard P. Williams.
She is survived by her daughters, Carolyn J. Clark-Dell and Debra Chase and husband Peter; sister Blanche McCormick; grandchildren, GA “Chip” Clark, Lloyd Charles “Chuck” Clark, Jeffery LJ Dell, Burton Eugene Frith, Jr., Holly Nichole Clements, Skyla Elizabeth June Frith and adopted grand-daughter Norma Jean Shotton; 15 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and extended family, as well as, many friends. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Phenix City Senior Center.
