Penny Sue Moores

Penny Sue Rowell Moores, 62, of Columbus, GA died at Columbus Hospice House, Columbus, GA on Sunday, September 26, 2021.
A Service of Remembrance will be held at a later date according to Vance Brooks Funeral Home, Phenix City, AL.
Ms. Moores was born January 02, 1959, in Florida daughter of the late Gordon Rowell and Myra Ruth Welch Rowell. She had retired from Pampered Pets where she was a caretaker. Penny loved working with all of the furry friends she was responsible for at her work. She never seemed to meet a stranger and was always making new friends. We will miss her in our daily routine; however, she will always live on in our hearts.
Ms. Moores was preceded in death by her daughter, Terri Lynn Moores, her parents and two brothers, Richard and James Rowell.
Survivors include her daughter, Brittany Moores, Opelika, AL; sister, Peggy Rowell; three grandchildren, Breonna Moores, Leeha Moores and Garrett Moores; special niece, Holly Rowell; and several other nieces, nephews, and friends.
