Peter David Marshall

Peter David Marshall was born April 26, 1974 in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. Pete is preceded in death by his father Edgar Chaplain Marshall, III. He is survived by his mother Sharon Marshall Storm and husband Rich Storm of Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, a brother Edgar Chaplain Marshall, IV, loving wife of thirteen years Susan Marshall of Columbus, Georgia, daughter Shelby DeCato and husband Chase Anthony DeCato of Lake Elsinore, California, two sons Josef Alexander Kasprzak and wife Yunmi stationed at South Korea, Adric Lucian Kasprzak stationed at St. Joe, Missouri and two grandchildren Hyemin and Jaeah. Pete was a fun loving person who enjoyed playing pool at Players and was a member of the VNEA. He also spent his free time marshalling and playing golf with his friends at Bull Creek Golf Course. He always had a smile for everyone and made sure everyone was laughing. Pete was a kind, caring, and giving man who was a wonderful Dad “who didn't have to be” and a “perfectly imperfect” husband. A very special man who touched so many hearts; a man who will be forever missed.
