Ralph Frederic "Freddie" Johnson

Ralph Frederic "Freddie" Johnson, 60, of Phenix City, AL passed away Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at St.
Francis Hospital in Columbus, GA.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm EST Saturday, December 17, 2016 at Vance Memorial Chapel in Phenix City with Mr. Steve Harber and Deacon Wes Parry officiating.  Interment will follow at Lakeview Memory Gardens.  The family will receive friends on Saturday one hour prior to service at the funeral home.  Serving as pallbearers are Bruce Gobbell, Todd McMickle,Tom Annecchiarico, Garrett Meyer, Bob Masters, and John Zeller.
 

Freddie was born September 7, 1956 in Phenix City, AL to the late John C. Johnson, Sr. and Mamie Bush Johnson.  He was employed with Kodak of Columbus with 26 years of service.  He enjoyed riding motorcycles, boating, traveling, and building all sorts of projects.  He was a Baptist by faith.

He is survived by his friend, companion, and former spouse, Catrina Hammond, daughter, Kristina "Kris" E. Johnson, one brother, Carlton Johnson, two nieces, Niki Baker (Kevin), and Tandee Eiland (Gary), several great nieces and nephews, Kodi, Kayla, Justin, Haley, Jared, and Drew, other extended family members and many caring friends.
