Ray Revels

Mr. Ray Revels, 92, of Phenix City, AL passed away Sunday, February 23, 2025, at his home.

 A private funeral service will be held at a later date. 

 Mr. Revels was born September 9, 1932 in Coffee County, AL, son of the late Reath Revels and Elizabeth Johnson Revels. He proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War. After his time in the military, Mr. Revels worked with Fieldcrest Mills for over 35 years until his retirement. He enjoyed gardening and being outdoors. Mr. Revels harvested over two acres of pecan trees each year and enjoyed sharing them with the community.

 Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife of 61 years, Eloise Boutwell Revels.

 Mr. Revels is survived by his daughter, Elaine Revels Miller and husband Douglas, grandchildren, Chirstopher Ray Miller, Carrie Ann Miller and Mark Douglas Miller (Rizzianne); great-grandchildren, Angel Miller, Cody Miller, Benjamin Miller and Ethan Miller; as well as extended family and friends.
