Richard Wayne Durga

Richard Wayne Durga, 60, of Columbus, GA passed away Tuesday, June 05, 2018.  A graveside service will be held at Parkhill Cemetery in Columbus, GA on Saturday, June 09, 2018 beginning at 2:00 P.M. EST. 

Richard Wayne Durga was born July 31, 1957 in Breitengüβbach, Germany to the parents of Roland Durga and Shirley Anne Durga.  Richard was a member of the Southern Cruiser chapter 275. There, he enjoyed the comradery and riding his Victory motorcycle. Richard also loved engaging in other outside activities, especially golf, hunting, fishing and camping.  He was a very loving and protective husband, father and grandfather.  He will forever be missed.

Richard is preceded in death by his parents Roland and Shirley Anne Durga.

Survivors include his loving wife, Cindy Durga; daughters, Traci Jones of Columbus, GA, Kayla Durga of Columbus, GA; step-daughter Christy Stone of Evansville, IN; step-son, Jimi Stone of Clearwater, FL; brother, Bobby Durga and wife Cindy of West Point, GA; grandchildren, Destinee Falls and husband Austin of Columbus, GA, Rachel and Tyriece Jones of Columbus GA and Heather Mobley of Columbus, GA; great-grandchild, Connor Falls of Columbus, GA and his beloved cat Blackie . 

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Southern Cruisers Chapter 275, 4532 Esther Court, Columbus, GA 31909
