Ronald Lowery

Ronald Lowery, 75, of Salem, AL passed away Saturday, December 26, 2015 at Canterbury Health Care in Phenix City, AL.

Graveside Services with Military Honors will be held 12:30 pm EST Monday, January 4, 2016 at Fort Mitchell National Cemetery with Chaplain Tim Callaway officiating.  The family will gather by 11:45 am EST on Monday at Vance Memorial Chapel in Phenix City to leave in procession to Fort Mitchell National Cemetery.  The family invites anyone who would like to attend meet with them on Monday at the funeral home.

Mr. Lowery was born October 6, 1940 in Stewart, NV to the late Irvin Lowery and Agatha Jackson Lowery.  He was a Veteran of the United States Army, and a member of Pyramid Lake Paivte Indian Tribe.  He worked with admissions at Columbus State University in Columbus, GA and was a Christian by faith.

He leaves behind a step-son, Jack Kemp and wife Shirley Douglas of Salem, AL, numerous other loving family members and many friends.
