Rosemarie Boneberg Allen

Rosemarie Boneberg Allen, 83, of Phenix City, AL passed away Thursday afternoon, September 19, 2024, while at her sister’s home in Ladonia Alabama community.

Rosemarie was born April 18, 1941, in Trenton, New Jersey, daughter of the late Albert Boneberg and Gertrude Wagner Boneberg. She had worked with Lithocrome for many dedicated years of loyal service and retired. She enjoyed attending hockey games at the Civic Center in Columbus, working with ceramics at the Central Activities Center in Phenix City, art programs on her tablet, admiring her beautiful flowers while watching the many hummingbirds in flight. She loved all her family, the simple things in life and spending time with her pet dog, Harley. She was a Christian by faith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald L. Allen; her brother, Butch Boneberg, and a granddaughter, Lisa Allen.

She is survived by her children, Danny Allen and wife Tia of Columbus, GA, Barbara Folds and husband Chris of Phenix City, AL, Donnie Allen and wife Lynda of Arnett, OK, and Randy Allen, Sr. of Texas; one sister, Jackie Adams of Ladonia, AL; eight grandchildren, Mike Allen, Laurie Jones (Brandon), Hunter Allen, Dylan Mclemore, Alan Cox, Jeffrey Blue, Jessica Blue, and Randy Allen, Jr.; two precious great-grandchildren, Hunter Jones, and Ella Allen; several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and many caring friends.

A memorial visitation will be held on Sunday, September 22, 2024, from 4:00 to 6:00 pm EDT at Vance Brooks Funeral Home in Phenix City. Her family plans to hold a private memorial service where she will be placed with her husband in a very special place of remembrance.
