Roy J. Fralish

Mr. Roy J. Fralish, 77, of Columbus, GA passed away Saturday, October 26, 2024, at St. Francis Hospital in Columbus, GA. 

A funeral service will be held 11:00 am EDT Friday, November 1, 2024, at Vance Brooks Funeral Home in Phenix City, AL with Vern Waldrop officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, one hour prior to the service, at the funeral home.

 Mr. Fralish was born in Columbus, GA on February 27, 1947, son of the late Floyd Fralish and Elsie Sykes Dease. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy. Although the company changed names several times, he spent the majority of his career until retirement at Belle Fiber. Mr. Fralish enjoyed the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. He also had a passion for antique cars and was in an Antique Car Club in Columbus, GA.

Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Becky Steed and a brother, Earl Fralish.

Mr. Fralish is survived by loving wife of 48 years, Charlotte Fralish; a son, Randy Fralish (Amber) and their children, Skylar, Shyanne, Bryson, Jesse, Linkon and Gabbie; a daughter, Staci Fralish-McLendon (Joey) and their children, BriAnn and her son Kayleb, Bethany, Kymber and Sarah; sisters, Faye Winslow (Robert), Susie Arrington (Chuck), Diane Kelly (Bill), Debi Burns (David); brothers, David Fralish (Brenda) and Dana Fralish; as well as extended family and friends.
