Sally Ruth Haney

Sally Ruth Haney, 59, of Midland, GA passed away Wednesday, April 13, 2016 at St. Francis Hospital.  A funeral service will be held at Mount Carmel Baptist Church, 400 Q S Goins Lane, Elgin, TX  on Saturday, April 30, 2016 beginning at 11:00 A.M. with the Reverend Byron Green officiating.  The interment will conclude the service at Taylor Cemetery, 1101 E. 4th Street, Taylor, Texas.  The family will receive friends Friday, April 29, 2016 at Elgin Funeral Home, 712 N. Ave C, Elgin, TX from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M.    

Sally was born October 28, 1956 in Taylor, TX to the parents of the late Willy and Macie Hamilton Sephus.  Sally was a house wife. 

Survivors include her loving husband of 27 years, Robert Patrick Haney; a daughter, Cecelius Gant; four sons:  Cornelius Sephus, Christopher Hill, John Hill and Daryl Sweatman; twenty grandchildren and six great grandchildren. 

Vance-Brooks Funeral Home, 4048 Macon Road, Columbus, GA was in charge of coordinating arrangements.
