Samantha Trish Dyck

Samantha Trish Dyck, 36, of Opelika, AL passed away Monday, April 24, 2017.  A private memorial service will be held at a later date. 

Ms. Dyck was born February 24, 1981 in Jacksonville, FL to Dean Allen Dyck and Dorothy Ruth Blackston Dyck.  She was active with Hosanna House in Phenix City, AL.  She will be forever missed.  She always did her best. 

Ms. Dyck is predeceased by her grandmother, Winnie Dyck.

Survivors include a daughter, Prudence Sarai Hagans of Opelika, AL; a son, Kaleb Sevan Creamer of Columbus, GA; two sisters:  Veronica Coldiron (Michael) of Columbus, GA and Monica Stubbs (Joe) of Brunswick, GA; and three brothers:  Richard Roberts (Christy) of Jesup, GA, Michael Blackston of Jacksonville, FL and Bryan of Jacksonville, FL. 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ms. Dyck’s memory to a charity of choice.
