Sandra Ann Skaggs Lampkin

Sandra Ann Skaggs Lampkin, 52, of Seale, AL, passed away on Thursday, April 23, 2015, at her home.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am EDT, on Friday, May 1, 2015, at Schomburg Road Baptist Church, in Columbus, GA, with Pastor Buddy Lamb officiating.

Sandra was born on December 23, 1962, in Austin, TX, the daughter of John Riley Skaggs and the late DeLories Hudgins Skaggs. She worked at the Boy Scouts of America scout shop for several years and enjoyed the time she spent there. Sandra also enjoyed gardening in her flower beds at home. She loved her family and adored her grandchildren.

She is survived by her father, John Riley Skaggs, wife Sally of Amarillo, TX; husband, Leland Lampkin of Ft. Mitchell, AL; 4 children, Crystal Lampkin Averett, husband Chance of Columbus, GA, Brandon Lampkin, wife Anndrea of Fortson, GA, Leland Chad Lampkin, wife Lashara of Lake Charles, LA, and Kayla Cervantes, husband Edgar of Pooler, GA; 3 siblings, John Randolph Skaggs, wife Shearon, Edward Riley Skaggs, wife Tina, and Debra Elaine Termin, husband Michael, all of Houston, TX; 7 grandchildren, Chance Michael Averett, II, Chloe Michelle Averett, Brayden Lampkin, Matthew Lampkin, Annsley Lampkin, Lana Cervantes, and Cynthia Lampkin; extended family members and many caring friends.
