Sherrie Denise Hendrix

Sherrie Denise Hendrix, 29, of Phenix City, AL died Saturday, October 12, 2019.

A Service of Remembrance will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, October 19, 2019 in the Chapel of Vance Brooks Funeral Home, Phenix City, AL with Rev. Donnie Lumpkin officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Saturday.

Sherrie was born July 31, 1990 daughter of the late James Hendrix and Paula Childree Hendrix. While her life was brief with us, we will miss her greatly. Sherrie will forever be cherished in our memories and hearts.

Survivors include her two children, McKenzie and Will Griffen, Phenix City, AL; nine siblings, James Marvin Hendrix, John Curtis Hendrix, both of Phenix City, AL,  Jessica Phare, Crystal River, FL, Shirley Ann Hendrix, Crystal Hendrix Zabala, both of Phenix City, AL, Misty Lee Madewell, New Hope, AL, Mandy Lynn Seiler, Grant, AL, Amber McCollom, Opelika, AL and Annie Graham, Phenix City, AL; her “Momma” Shirley Graham, Phenix City, AL; maternal grandmother, Shirley Childree; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends also survive.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made in her memory to Church on the Rock, Outreach Ministry, P.O. Box 1626, Phenix City, AL 36867.
