Sonja Carol Flanagan

Sonja Carol Flanagan, Midland, GA, passed away December 30, 2013 at St. Francis Hospital. Funeral services are scheduled for Monday January 6, 2014 beginning at 2:00 P.M. EST at Vance-Brooks Funeral Home 4048 Macon Rd. Columbus, GA. The family will conclude with a private interment. The family will receive friends Monday prior to the service beginning at 12:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Sonja Carol Flanagan was born October 24, 1938 daughter of the late Thomas Alexander Hendrix and Mildred Agnes Jackson, in Russell County, AL. Other than her parents, Sonja is preceded in death by her loving husband, Thomas Curtis Flanagan, daughter, Jennifer Carol Landcaster; two sisters and one brother. Sonja is survived by her son, Thomas Keith Flanagan, of Midland, GA; three grandchildren, Thomas Curtis Flanagan, Michael Landcaster; Christopher Landcaster.
