Stanley L. Malkemus

Stanley L. Malkemus, 84, of Phenix City, AL passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 16, 2018.

A memorial visitation will be Sunday 3:00 to 5:00 pm EDT at Vance Memorial Chapel in Phenix City. Family and friends are invited to share their memories of Stan.

Mr. Malkemus was born September 12, 1933 in Indianapolis, IN to the late Hubert and Gladys Malkemus. He served in the US Army from 1955-1958. He was an Auburn University graduate and continued to support his “Team” after graduation. “War Eagle”! He was a pharmacist for many years and had a great passion for scuba diving. Other than his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother, Norman Charles Malkemus.

He is survived by his sister, Susan Lynn Jones; some extended family and many caring friends.
