Susan Ethridge

Susan Ethridge, 68, of Columbus, GA passed away August 18, 2015 at Columbus Hospice House. A funeral service is scheduled for Saturday, August 22, 2015 beginning at 1:00 P.M. EST at Vance-Brooks Funeral Home, 4048 Macon Road, Columbus, GA. 31907. Interment will conclude at Evergreen Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 at the funeral home.

Susan Ethridge was born August 6, 1947 in Dumont, NJ. daughter of the late Edward Thomas Richards and Margaret Healy Richards. Susan attended St. Anne Catholic Church. She loved animals especially dogs. She will be remembered as a devoted wife, loving sister and caring friend.

Survivors include her husband of 25 years James Ethridge of Columbus, GA; brother Tom Richards; sister in laws, Kathy Jordan (Bryan), Sonya Rolling (Justin) Ramona McWilliams (George) ; brother in laws, Danny Miles (Brenda),  Timothy  Ethridge (Candy); nieces, Kristy Jordan (Travis), Kimberly Jordan Fowler (Cody); Nephews, Timothy A. Ethridge (Tori), and Cameron Rolling; great nephews, Brody Jordan; Brandon Melton; one great niece, Jaylynn Fowler; she also leaves behind several close caring friends.
