Sylvia Annette Braden

Sylvia Annette Braden, 75, of Columbus, GA passed away Tuesday, January 09, 2018 at her residence in Columbus, GA.  A private service was held on January 10, 2018 at Vance-Brooks Funeral Home in Columbus, GA. 

Sylvia Annette Braden was born January 22, 1942 in Ft. Benning, GA to the parents of William David Thompson and Doris Thompson.  Mrs. Braden was a member of Edgewood Church of the Nazarene. She dedicated her life to being a devoted and loving wife and mother raising her children and caring for her family and home. Mrs. Braden also enjoyed watching NASCAR.

Other than her parents, Mrs. Braden is predeceased by her grandson Mark Dalrymple.

Survivors include her loving husband of fifty-eight years, Leon Braden; daughters Julie Mullen (David) of Central City, KY and Catrina Medeiros (Brian) of Rockledge, FL; son, Bryan Braden (Michelle) of Kingsville, OH; sister, Brenda Phillips of San Antonio, TX; six grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and her pet, Fur Baby (Maizey).
