Terri Kim Slovak Frantz, 61, of Phenix City, AL passed away at her home on Friday, April 26, 2024.
A Memorial Visitation will be held from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm (EST) on Thursday, May 2, 2024, at Vance Brooks Funeral Home, Phenix City, AL.
Ms. Frantz was born March 18, 1963, in Ft. Benning, GA daughter of the late Donald Joseph Slovak and Lucille Annette Baggett Slovak. She had retired from Publix as a Customer Service Representative after 30 years of committed service. Music was her get away and she loved all kinds of it. Terri was an avid Georgia Football Fan and found great joy in sharing game day fun with family and friends. She was always watching for someone to help because she had a heart of pure gold. Unlike many folks today, when Terri made your friendship, it was for life. Thank you, Terri, for all the wonderful memories we shared together.
Survivors include her brother Mark Slovak (Kimberly Raker) Phenix City, AL; cousins, Denise White, Timothy Pierce both of Phenix City, AL, Diahn Brauss, Tampa, FL and Dana McLean, Columbus, MS; close friends, Diane Doolittle, Hamilton, GA and Tami Thomas, Ellerslie, GA; her puppies, Nip-it, Angel, Gekee, and Pandy; many other family members and friends also survive.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in her memory to the local pet charity of your choice.
