Thomas Wayne Smith

Thomas Wayne Smith, 62, of Columbus, GA passed away on Wednesday, November 25, 2020 at his residence. A memorial service will be held at a future date according to Vance Brooks Funeral Home in Columbus.

Thomas was born on June 23, 1958 in Hazlehurst, Mississippi to the late Linder Hays Smith and Thera Steele Smith. He worked as a mechanic at Southwire.

Survivors include his sister Carol Talbot (Danny) of Columbus, GA, brother, James Martin Smith (Chris) of Lawrenceville, GA and nieces. Other than his parents, Thomas is preceded in death by his brother, David Steele Smith.
