Tommie Riner Perkins

Tommie Riner Perkins, 73 of Phenix City, AL, died January 28, 2017 at Gentiva Hospice Inpatient Unit in Columbus, GA.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm EST, on Wednesday, February 1, 2017, at Vance Memorial Chapel with Rev. David Dollar officiating.  Interment will follow at Lakeview Memory Garden.  The family will receive friends 6:00 to 8:00 pm Tuesday at the funeral home.

Mr. Perkins was born June 9, 1943, in Grady County, GA son of the late Marvin Jackson Perkins and Evelyn Riner Perkins.

He is survived by his wife of 29 years Eve Perkins; children, Jenny Gilbert, Bobby Jack Stuart and wife Linda, Linda Martin and husband Fred and Eloise Stewart; siblings, Beverly Jarrell, Deryck Perkins, Gwen Frazier and husband David, Jackson Perkins and wife Carol and W.L. Perkins and wife Debbie; 10 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and other extended family and caring friends.
