Tressie Elizabeth Duggan Milner, 32, of Columbus, GA passed away early Sunday morning, February 19, 2017 at Cook Medical Center in Adel, GA.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am EST Saturday, February 25, 2017 at Vance Memorial Chapel in Phenix City with Rev. Joel Fussel officiating. Interment will follow at Parkhill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 5:00 to 8:00 pm EST at the funeral home.
Tressie was born March 13, 1984 in Columbus, GA to the late Ronnie Eugene Duggan, Sr., and Kandie Denise Bullington Duggan. She was a loving wife, and mother who loved her family deeply. She enjoyed watching hockey and was a huge fan of the Columbus Cottonmouths. She loved arts and crafts, loved camping, and enjoyed supporting drag racing which her family was a part of many events. She also raised and bred Sugar-Gliders. She was a member of First Pentecostal Tabernacle and Praise in Columbus, GA. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant brother, Jesse James Duggan, and her grandparents.
She is survived by her loving and devoted husband, William Thomas “Tommy” Milner, two sons, Jason Joshua Lee Farmer, and Landin Xavier Farmer, two step-daughters, Kristina Marie Aron Milner, and Jessica Shea Aron Milner, two sisters, Linda Gale Guthrie, and Jessica Ann Duggan, two brothers, Ronnie Eugene Duggan, Jr. and wife Jenny, and Jeremy Duggan and wife Tracey Barber, mother and father-in-law, Linda Carol Wright and husband Billy, Peran Thomas Mitchell, grandmother-in-law, Carol Hanchey, father of her children and friend, Jon Farmer; and a host of other loving family members and many caring friends.
