Veronica Elizabeth Bell

Veronica Elizabeth Young Bell, 86, formerly of Phenix City, AL, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 25, 2016, at her son’s home in SantaFe, TN.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am EST, on Monday, August 1, 2016, at Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery, according to Vance Memorial Chapel. The family will receive friends Sunday evening from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at the funeral home.

Mrs. Bell was born March 20, 1930, in Cooliage, GA, the daughter of the late Nathaniel Green Young and Golie Julia Brown Young.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband CSM William Dalton Bell, a daughter, Julia Robbin Bell Sellers; siblings, Versie Eveylee Young Tadlock, Alice Reaisie Young  Mikell, Alma Cressy Young Golf, Haywood Young, Alvis Thomas Young, Myrtice Louise Young Sheppard, Nathaniel Green Young, Jr. (NG), Vera Mae Young Overstreet, Grady Myron Young,  

Mrs. Bell is survived by her son William Eric “Ric” Bell of SantaFe, TN, grandson, Shawn Grau; great-grandson Shawn Grau II; two great-granddaughters, Addisyn Keeley Grau and Peyton Brinkley Grau; special family friend Paul Hotaling; numerous nieces, nephews and other loving family members.
