Vicky Lynn Wilson Benefield, 56, of Smiths Station, AL died at her home on Saturday June 26, 2021.
Funeral Services will be held at 4:00 PM on Tuesday, June 29, 2021 in the Chapel of Vance Brooks Funeral Home, Phenix City, AL with Bro. Brian Roberson officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Mrs. Benefield was born August 09, 1964, in Columbus, GA daughter of the late Deron Wilson and Eleanor Sue Trimm Wilson. She was the “Jack of All Trades” at Reaves Restoration, from running the office to walking the yard as a salesperson. Vicky loved Auburn Football, often hosting parties for her family and friends to enjoy the game. The list of fond memories is to vast to list here, but one that stands out is her deep love of her six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Her influence on us will continue to guide us as we fondly remember the good times.
Mrs. Benefield was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Ellen Faye Wilson and a daughter, Ashley Sanders.
Survivors include her husband, Joseph Benefield, Smiths Station, AL; three children, Amanda Stephens (Robert), Phenix City, AL, Brittney Pacheco-Augiar (Frederico), Columbus, GA and Brandon Paul, Columbus, GA; two siblings, Ronnie Wilson (Jessica) and Stephanie Rhymer (Toby); six sweet grandchildren, Matthew, Kirsten, Koltyn, Dylan, Mady and Carter; two precious great-grandchildren, Eli and Georgia; one nephew, Blake; close friends, Mikey and Renee and Chad and Dee; numerous other family members and friends.
