Wendy Hattemer

May 4, 1976 — October 1, 2024

Columbus

Wendy Sheree Hattemer, 48, of Columbus, Ga, entered her heavenly home on October 1, 2024. Wendy was born in Columbus, Ga to Linda Howard and the late Donnie Lee Foxworth. Wendy was passionate about her job as a Home Health Aid (CNA) and dedicated a significant amount of time and energy to helping those in need. She was always there for someone in need. She loved nature, especially butterflies and roses of all colors. Wendy was passionate about the Alabama and Seattle Seahawks football teams and watched every game she could. In her free time, she enjoyed being in the sun whether it was at the pool or Panama City Beach. Wendy also loved playing darts and, most of all, being with her family. She adored her grandchildren and remained a close loyal friend to the people she met throughout life. She would host holidays and cook a feast for her family on holidays. Wendy was known for being uplifting, giving, compassionate, and the life of the party. She was very honest and gave constructive criticism with the purest intentions of helping those looking for support. Wendy was taken from this world far too soon and will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved her.
