Willene Eseltine

Willene Williams Eseltine, 86, of Eufaula, AL passed away Friday, May 4, 2018 at her daughters house in Georgetown, GA.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am EST, on Thursday, May 10, 2018, at Vance Memorial Chapel, with Pastor Randy Adams officiating. Interment will be at Lakeview Memory Gardens and the family will receive friends from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, 1 hour before the service at the funeral home.

Mrs. Eseltine was born November 6, 1931 in Clayton, AL daughter of the late Mack Williams and Pastell Phillips Williams. She retired after 28 years of service from Sunshine Biscuit. She was a Champion Domino player for Jaxson Life Center in Eufaula, AL and loved her family, sitting on her porch, fishing, camping and dancing.

She is survived by 2 daughters, Rita Walden, husband Johnny of Opelika, AL and Judy Byleckie, husband Chester of Georgetown, GA; son, Donald Jernigan, wife Brenda of Phenix City, AL; step-son, Hayward Jernigan of Montgomery, AL; step-daughter, Bonnie Brown of Troy, AL; sister, Mary Piland of Louisville, AL; niece, Karen Hamric, husband Gene of Louiseville, AL; many other family members and loved ones.

Willene was a caregiver for the elderly and helped raise many of her grandchildren, nieces, nephews or whom ever needed taken care of. She was a good hearted and caring person, which was well loved and will be very much missed here on Earth.
