William Earl "Bill" Beard

A committal service is scheduled for 2:30 February 15, 2019 at Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery.

SSG William E. Beard US Army (Ret) will have full military honors rendered at that time.

William Earl “Bill” Beard, 89, born 17 February 1929 went to be with the Lord with his Family by his side on 10 Dec
Theresa, Bills wife of 37 years, his 5 children , Linda, Judy, Theresa, Kathy and Bill Jr were by his side.

Bill was born in Johnson City TN and joined the Army in 1948. After an honorable 20 year career he retired in 1968. After his army career Bill turned his focus to owning several Businesses ending up with a farm tractor repair business In Recent years.  A loving dedicated Father. His legacy is always putting the children first in every circumstance. His leadership and example was that of our Father in Heaven here on earth. Bill had a unique way of impacting lives by helping many people throughout his life.  Bill has been blessed with 5 children, 14 grandchildren and 24 great and great great grandchildren.

The Celebration of Life ceremony will be at Vance Brooks Phenix City on Saturday Dec 15 at 10 AM
