Winston Rb Coker

Winston RB Coker, 72, of Phenix City, AL, passed away on Wednesday, January 13, 2016, Mid-Town Medical Center in Columbus, GA.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am EST, on Saturday, January 16, 2016, at Vance Memorial Chapel. Family will receive friends one hour before the service at the funeral home.

Mr. Coker was born on July 4, 1944, in South Carolina, the son of the late Bertie and Ether Coker. He was a Veteran in the US ARMY and retired from Ft. Benning as a civil service employee. Mr. Coker was an avid outdoorsman and loved hunting and fishing.

Other than his parents he is preceded in death by his brothers Stafford, Bertie Lee, Anthony and Larry.

He is survived by his children Johnny and Michelle Coker, Kristi Coker, Marty and Laura Coker, Clint Coker and Karen Parker; sisters, Diane and Jimmy Cox, Mary and Tim Klein and Maeva and Jim Whiteman; 17 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and extended family members.
