Wynnette Harvey Carmack, 76, of Phenix City, AL died December 24, 2020 peacefully at Spring Harbor, Columbus, GA.
Chapel services will be held at 2:30 PM (EST) on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 in the Chapel of Vance Brooks Funeral Home, Phenix City, AL with Rev. Mike Turner officiating. A private interment will follow in Lakeview Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 1:30 PM till the funeral hour at the funeral home.
Mrs. Carmack was born August 14, 1944 in Pineview, GA daughter of the late Henry Harvey and Lena Burnette Harvey. She was a former bookkeeper for the GA Nurses Association. When her husband took over Phenix Foundry, she joined him as the Secretary/Treasurer. Mrs. Carmack was an avid Auburn Fan and member of the 1856 Society. She was also a member of the Summerville Garden Club of Phenix City, AL. She was a loving and devoted wife and mother and member of the community. She will be missed deeply, however her contributions to our community and impact on our lives will continue.
Survivors include her husband of 55 years, Larry Carmack, Phenix City, AL; two children, Detri Leigh Carmack, West Palm Beach, FL and Bradford Carmack, Phenix City, AL; one brother, W. A. Harvey, Hawkinsville, GA.
