Zachary Heath Belitz

Zachary Heath Belitz, 28, of Phenix City, AL died Thursday, May 28, 2020.

A Service of Remembrance will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, June 02, 2020 in Lakeview Memory Gardens with Rev. Barry Danner officiating according to Vance Brooks Funeral Home, Phenix City, AL.

Zachary was born August 15, 1991 in Columbus, GA son of Darryl Belitz and Rhonda Bradley Worley. He was a Marine Mechanic by trade; however he was also an accomplished carpenter. Zachary enjoyed fishing and being with family and friends. Our hearts are broken that he was taken from us so soon, but we will try to always cherish the good times we shared with him.

Zachary was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Mary Cooper and paternal grandmother, Annie Morris.

Survivors other than his parents, Darryl Belitz and Rhonda Worley include his daughter, Emma Belitz, VA; four siblings, Jared Belitz (Kristy), Phenix City, AL, Jason Belitz, VA, Adam Belitz, TX and Taylor Belitz, AL; grandfather, Glen Cooper, Phenix City, AL; three aunts, Donna Parish (Hanse), Phenix City, AL,  Wanda Weatherly (Keith), Forsyth, GA and Sandra Casey, Ozark, AL and two uncles, Larry Bradley (Kevin), Madison, GA and Chris Scott (Lisa), Phenix City, AL; several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
