Zachary "Zach" James Winchester

Zachary “Zach” James Winchester, 21, passed away early Saturday morning, October 31, 2015 in Phenix City, AL.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 am EST Saturday, November 7, 2016 at Vance Memorial Chapel in Phenix City.  A private interment will follow at Newsome Cemetery.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Saturday at the funeral home.

Zach was born August 22, 1994 in Phenix City, AL to Jeremy Shannon McClure and Desiree Keyser.  He was a carpenter by trade, and a Russell County High School graduate.  Zach was a young man full of spirit, laughter, and fellowship.  He enjoyed family and the many friendships he encountered through his life.  He will be greatly missed and loved by all who knew him.  He was preceded in death by a grandmother, Barbara Jean Keyser, aunt, Peggy Jeanette McClure, and by a grandfather, James A. Winchester, Sr.

He is survived by his loving parents, Desiree Keyser and Jeremy Shannon McClure, sister, Kristen McClure, and Delava Jeanette McClure, brother, Jeremy Shannon McClure, Jr.; grandparents, Joseph O. McClure, Robert Keyser, Rhonda Kale, Betty Winchester, and Robin Keyser, numerous other loving family members, and many caring friends.
