I did met your mom a couple of times right before my grandmother died, Her and Helen would come to the nursing home to see her. I know most everyone name because for the last 40 years I have been working on the Agan family tree. I know she will be missed and she is the last of Leila kids they are all having a great reunion in heaven. If you are ever in Rome give me a call or send me a message on messenger I am listed on there with whole name and facebook as Donna Bing. I am always wanting any information on our great line that joins us as cousins. I will be praying for your loss and the grief walk you have now. when you lose your mom you also lose your best friend, moms love there children unconditionally. My condolences to the Warren family and friends. It is a painful thing to lose a precious love one in death, regardless of how long they have lived. Even Jesus wept when Lazarus died (John 11:35) and it pains our loving Heavenly Father, too. He did not purpose his human family to grow old and die but purpose us to live and enjoy life. It is still his purpose (Psalms 37:11, 29). He calls death an enemy that will be removed forever (1 Corinthians 15:26; Isaiah 25:8). He promised to awaken our love ones in the memorial tombs from asleep in death__ Hosea 13:14 “From the power of the Grave I will redeem them; from death I will recover them.” He will then reverse the aging process__ Job 33:24,25 “Let his flesh become fresher than in youth; Let him return to the days of his youthful vigor.” What a delight it will be to see them again to enjoy life as our Creator purposed (Psalms 145:16)! Allow these words to keep comforting all of you.

I was very saddened to hear that Annie Bell passed away last week.В  She was volunteering at Open Door when I started here 22 years ago and was always sweet and loving to me.В  She was always a willing ear when one was needed or just to visit.В  I always considered her a dear friend and called her many times after she moved away.В В

Even though she has been "retired" from Open Door for many years now, her legacy in the Clothing Bank will live on for many years to come.В  She will be missed by many people in Columbus and at Open Door!В В

Rest in peace Annie Bell. I love you!
