My sincere condolences to the family during this time of loss. Even Jesus wept at the loss of a loved one. I have found comfort from the scriptural promises at Acts 24:15 and John 5:28, 29 and I pray you will as well. God cannot lie. Isa 55:11

Please accept my sincere condolences during this time of grief. My hope is that the words of Christ Jesus be of comfort, when he stated that "the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out" (John 5: 28, 29). We can also take comfort in God's personal promise to "wipe out every tear" and that soon, even "death will be no more" (Revelation 21: 4).

The Ennis Family is one of the finest families that I know! Anne was a true lady, servant and friend to many. The Turnham family has been tied to the Ennis family for many years and Ms. Anne was a real joy to know. She showed real kindness to my dad, Pete, when he was an Army Reservist at Ft. Benning and during his campaigns. Mark said she even saved his fan from a campaign 30 years ago. What a lady! Our prayers to Harry, Mark and all the family. Her life and service certainly goes on in this world through Mark Ennis, our friend and servant in Macon County. Blessings to you all. Joe Turnham

My condolences to the Ennis family and friends. It is a painful thing to lose a precious love one in death, regardless of how long they have lived. Even Jesus wept when Lazarus died (John 11:35) and it pains our loving Heavenly Father, too. He did not purpose his human family to grow old and die but purpose us to live and enjoy life. It is still his purpose (Psalms 37:11, 29). He calls death an enemy that will be removed forever (1 Corinthians 15:26; Isaiah 25:8). He promised to awaken our love ones in the memorial tombs from asleep in death__ Hosea 13:14 “From the power of the Grave I will redeem them; from death I will recover them.” He promised to reverse the aging process__ Job 33:24,25 “Let his flesh become fresher than in youth; Let him return to the days of his youthful vigor.” What a delight it will be to see them again to enjoy life as our Creator purposed (Psalms 145:16)! Allow these words to keep comforting all of you.
