My sincere condolences to the family at this time of loss. Even Jesus wept at the loss of a loved one. I have found comfort in the scriptural promises at Rev 21:3, 4 and I pray you will as well.

It was a privilege knowing Bill since we were teenagers. 29th Street gym was everyone's meeting place in our community, North Highland. Bill was a smart kid, and very athletic. We enjoyed life back then. Now Bill, you're home. My condolences to the family. Ken

We are so sorry to hear of Billy's passing -- he was my first friend as we grew up together on 29th street - we played a lot of sports together at the 29th Street Gym - Basketball, Football, Softball, Ping Pong, Pool -- you name it -- even marbles. Kept us out of too much trouble. We went to school together, from elementary to H.S. His Family was my Family - Mary and Pete helped raise me like their own with his big Brother, Jerry and Sister, Pat. Seemed like I was always over there. The sorrow I feel is not for Bill, because I know where he is - with our Lord, Jesus and his parents -- but for me - as I will truly miss seeing and talking to my friend -- we had many, many fun times together .. I Pray that God will comfort his Family and many Friends -- Rest in Peace, Billy -- and I'll see you again someday

My condolences to the Davis family. It is a painful thing to lose a precious love one in death. Even Jesus wept when Lazarus died (John 11:35) and it pain Our Heavenly Father. He did not purpose his human family to get sick and die but purposed us to live and enjoy life in perfect health. It is still his purpose (Psalm 37:11, 29). He calls death an enemy that will be removed forever__1 Corinthians 15:26 “the last enemy, death, is to be brought to nothing”; Sickness will be a thing of the past_ Isaiah 33:24 ”and no resident will say, “I am sick”; and He promise to awaken our love ones in the memorial tombs from asleep in death__ Hosea 13:14 “From the power of the Grave I will redeem them; From death I will recover them.” Allow these words to keep comforting all of you.
