Cathy Crews Sumner, 56, of Phenix City, AL died Monday February 18, 2020 at her home.

Graveside services will be held 11:00 am Friday, February 21, 2020 at Lakeview Memory Gardens, Phenix City, AL with Rev. Dewayne Dean officiating.  

Mrs. Sumner was born August 29, 1963 in Columbus, GA, daughter of Norma T. Crews and the late Carey H. Crews.  She spent her life taking care of her family.  Mrs. Sumner’s hobbies included cooking and working with flowers in her yard.

Other than her father, Mrs. Sumner was preceded in death by her husband Wesley F. Sumner.   

Other than her mother, survivors include her daughter, Stacey Sumner of Phenix City, AL; two brothers, Carey Crews, Jr. and wife Mareesa and Casey Crews and wife Lea  Ann, all of Phenix City, AL; several nieces, nephews and extended family.
