It is still difficult to believe that David is gone. As young men, we served together in the Air Force, while we were stationed in England. It was a true pleasure serving with David, as he was an outstanding Airman. Later in life, we celebrated many service reunions together. Future reunions will not be the same, without David. David will be missed but one thing for sure, David will never be forgotten. As we say in Jewish, David was a mensch. David, rest in peace, and looking forward to our next reunion, not on earth. Our sincere condolences to his loving wife Deidre and family. Pauline and Jerry L.

David Grantham, simply stated a Super Guy. David and I were baseball teammates on the Colt League Pirates in Phenix City long ago when we were 15 & 16. This team was coached by David's uncle. David quickly became my best friend on the team. He was always of good humor and sported a contagious smile. Somewhat calm, easy going, optimistic, and pure fun to be around was his characteristics. The few times I have seen David since high school days are most memorable in that the joy I experienced each time. I hold David Grantham in the highest regard.I am truly saddened that David with all his pleasant attributes is no longer among us. I feel this loss.Condolences to my '66 CHS classmate, Deidra Gunnels Grantham & Family...Bill Blau, Evans/Augusta, Georgia
