SWEETIE EDWARD В That's what I called him when my son, David, and I would pick him up to go to В Faith School В special ed class at Ft. Benning (there were no special ed classes in Cols) He was always so sweet and easy going. В He and our David were "good buddies". В They went to Faith School for a couple years. В I noticed in the obituary that Edward was 21 days older than our David. В Our David went to be with the Lord, Jesus on Oct 31st, 2016 due to violent seizures. В He never could learn to read and write and always said that when he got to heaven The Lord would teach him how. В Glenda - I think I remember you. В Sorry to hear that your Mother has passed away. В I'm sure that was very hard for Edward. В I am putting the obituary in the special box of David's memento's.

I want to offer my condolences to the Day family and friends. Our Heavenly Father knows the pain you feel from the loss of your love one. He did not purpose his human family to die but to live and enjoy life forever. This is still his purpose (Psalms 37:11, 29). He calls death an enemy that will be removed forever along with all pain and suffering__ 1 Corinthians 15:26; Revelation 21:4 “And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore.” Notice his promise to awaken all those in the memorial tombs from asleep in deathВ¬__ Isaiah 26:19 “Your dead will rise ...Awake and shout joyfully you residents in the dust! ...the earth will let those powerless in death come to life." What a delight it will be to see them again! Allow these words to keep comforting all of you.В
