Shirley you have always and will always be so loved. In return you loved family, friends, animals, and anyone struggling in anyway! You will never be forgotten. I know you are no longer hurting or in any kind of pain , that gives me some comfort as I hope it does the rest of our family. There are so many memories for all of us, its hard to pinpoint just one. There was one summer day in 1975, you and I decided to run up to K-Mart on Hamilton Road, they had a picture special on. You , Tracy and I went and had pictures made on a whim. I have mine, and I know you still had yours. That one sticks out in my mind the most. I still love you and always will, my beautiful dear cousin. I pray for Gary, Nicole, Joan and the rest of the family to find some comfort and peace in the days and weeks ahead. You will be in my thoughts and prayers. I also want to share a few scriptures that are helpful to me (John 5:28,29; Revelation 21:3,4) Also a couple your Aunt Daisy and Uncle Gary who loved you dearly liked a lot (Psalms 37:9-11 ; Job 14:13-15). Love you all. Judy Maddox

I am so sorry to hear about Shirley, it has been many years since I have seen her, but we have kept up with her and the family through momma ( Judy). I don't really remember much about her, but I do remeber when we visited Uncle Tommy and Aunt Doris when we were kids, Shirley always had the biggest smile and was very sweet. I pray for God to comfort Gary, Nicole, Joan and the rest of the family in the days and months ahead, I know they will miss her very much. We will keep all of you in our thoughts and prayers. We all look forward to the time when "death will be no more" and we can see our loved ones again (Revelation 21:3,4, ; Acts 24:15) Love to all Brooke Rowell & Family (Judy's daughter)
