Elizabeth Ann “Betty” Engblom, 74, was called home on October 18th and is finally with the love of her life, Harry. Betty & Harry were high school sweethearts and were married shortly after graduation. They made their family in New Britain, until Harry’s passing in 1999. They are now together in God’s loving arms. Betty was a kind and giving woman, with a laugh that could light up a room. She loved with all of her heart and held nothing back.
Betty will be forever missed by her son Chris and wife Stephanie. Her very special granddaughter, Victoria and husband Matthew. Grandsons she loved as her own Brandon & Devon. Great-Grand kids: Mason, River, Emma, Brianne, Josh, Deb and Noah. Betty also leaves behind her very special sister Cheryl, siblings, family and friends.
A celebration of Life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers please donate to St. Judes in Betty’s honor, one of her many charities of choice.
