Infant Dale Dewayne Stone, Jr, of Columbus, GA passed away on Saturday, April 28, 2018.

A graveside service will be held at 2:30 pm EDT on Thursday, May 3, 2018 at Lakeview Memory Gardens.

Dale-Dale was born March 6, 2018 in Columbus, GA to Dale Dewayne Stone, Sr and Alley Hoffman. Many plans and dreams are still held by his parents and family and your prayers for comfort will be greatly appreciated. He was preceded in death by Robert Hoffman, Bobby Durden, Timothy Balkcom and Aaron Balkcom.

He is survived by his parents and sister, Jessica Gail Stone; paternal family, grandmother, Gail Stone Balkcom: cousin, Terryann K. Balkcom: 2 uncles, Joshua A. Balkcom and Timothy Barnett Balkcom; and great-grandmother, Carol Balkcom; maternal family, grandparents, Barbara and Rocky Rothrock; great-grandmother, Virginia Hoffman; aunt, Alissa McElwain; cousins, Stacy Niles Stines, Margie Brown, Wanda Stewart, Lacey Niles and Amy Stone; special friend Terry Smith; a large extended family, and many friends.

I want to offer my condolences to the Stone family. It is a painful thing to lose a precious one in death, especially when it is an infant. It pains our Heavenly Father because he said вЂњThe fruit of the womb is a rewardвЂќ(Psalms 127:3). He calls death an enemy and that it will be removed forever__ Revelation 21:4; 1 Corinthians 15:26 вЂњThe last enemy, death, is to be brought to nothing.вЂќ He promised to undo the effect of death by bringing all our love ones in the memorial tombs back to life__ Isaiah 26:19 "Your dead will rise ...Awake and shout joyfully you residents in the dust! ...the earth will let those powerless in death come to life. What a joy it will be to see our love ones again to enjoy life as our Creator purpose__ He will then вЂњsatisfy the desire of every living thingвЂќ (Psalms 145:16). Allow these words to keep comforting all of you.
