I'm so sorry to hear of Aunt Mavis' passing. I was looking forward to coming to visit her when I come down for Christmas. May she rest in peace.
Martha Grayson left a message on November 24, 2017:
Mavis was truly, one of the sweetest ladies I ever met. I first met Mavis in 1974-1982 at American Family Life Assurance Company (AFLAC) and later when I moved back to Columbus, from Florida. When I was introduced to her, she said,"I use to know a Martha Grayson that moved to Florida", I said that would be me. She still remembered my kids name and my husbands. Every time I saw her she would always ask me how they were doing. Mavis was a very special person and a dear friend, she will surely be missed, there are not many people today as loving and caring as Mavis was. Mavis, I know that you are in the hands of the father now and look forward to seeing you again one day.
