Praying for comfort and happy memories for you all. We were blessed to hear Sam sing at Fortified Hills. A favorite memory was of Sam, Robert Childress and me as the title characters in ‘We Are Three Kings’ in a lighthearted look at the kings heading to Bethlehem. Broomstick camels, oily smelly kings and a ‘See Rock City’ sticker on the foot locker carrying the kings’ basic needs. Sam was equally comfortable in the serious and humorous approaches to worship.

June & family: I am so sorry to hear about Sam. I have so many fond memories of him at our time at FHBC . First in the choir and the specials and then our time together when we sang together in our men's group "Lighthouse" He had such a great Tenor voice and was a wonderful GODLY man . He will be missed until we all see him again as JESUS promised. May the LORD be really close to you all in the days that lie ahead.
