Mrs. Rebecca “Becky” Irene Costello Hall, 81, of Phenix City, AL passed away Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at her home, surrounded by her family.

A funeral service will be held 2:00 pm EST Friday, April 9, 2021 at Vance Brooks Funeral Home in Phenix City, AL with Rev. Barry Danner officiating.  Interment will follow at Lakeview Memory Gardens.  The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the funeral home.

Mrs. Hall was born December 10, 1939, in Phenix City, AL, daughter of the late Earnest Costello and Lydia Irene Jones Costello.  She retired from Sunshine Biscuit with over 39 years of service.  Mrs. Hall enjoyed dancing and watching Hallmark movies but most of all taking care of her family.  She was a long time member of First Assembly of God Church in Phenix City, AL.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Marvin Don “Bubba” Hall; brothers, James Costello, William “Bill” Costello and Marvin “Chuck” Costello.

She is survived by two daughters, Donna Hall Trew and Tracey Hall McGill, both of Phenix City, AL; a son, Jeffery Todd Hall and wife Denise of Phenix City, AL; sisters, Carole Costello King and husband J. B. of Smiths Station, AL and Dorothy Gergel of Cleveland, OH; brothers, George Costello of Griffin, GA and John Costello of Phenix City, AL; grandchildren, Scott Copeland, Jr. (Heather), Christopher Chase Trew (Robyn), Jeffrey Don Hall (Jenna), Courtney Trew and Jessica Hall; great-grandchildren, Ridge, Lake, Creek, Spring, Wrynn, Austin, Ethan, Baleigh, Melanie, Kingslee, Charlotte, Kam, Kylee, Konner, Tinsley and Harper; a special niece, Karen O’Neal, as well as other numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
