I was very sorry to read about Polly's passing ,my condolences to the family. Notice what John 6:40 states "For this the will of my father, that everyone who recognize the Son and excises faith in Him should have everlasting life and I will resurrect him on the last day."

I want to offer my condolences to the family and friends. It is a painful thing to lose a love one in death, regardless of how long they have lived. Even Jesus, when Lazarus died, "gave way to tears"(John 11: 35). It pains our Creator, too, and he has promised to awaken those in the memorial tombs from asleep in death__ Isaiah 26:19 "Your dead will rise ...Awake and shout a joyfully you residents in the dust! ...the earth will let those powerless in death come to life." He promised to remove death forever__ Isaiah 25:8 "he will swallow up death forever”. I hope these words give all of you comfort.

A GARDEN PATH was sent on July 3, 2017

I'm so sorry to hear of Aunt Polly's passing. The highlight of our visits to Georgia as kids were when her and Uncle Woodrow would swing by. Those two were quite the pair! She was a very special lady and my deepest sympathies go out to her family and friends. Kevin Hampton

To The Williams Family: Please accept my sincere condolence on your loss. The Bible can bring you much hope and comfort at a time like this, because Almighty God promises that soon He will end death, sickness and sorrow (Revelation 21:3,4). Also, our loving Heavenly Father has made arrangements through His Son, Christ Jesus, to bring back to life "all those in the memorial tombs" (John 5:28,29). May you find the strength to hold on by meditating on these beautiful promises from Jehovah God.
