Robert was a good soul. I've known Robert since the 9th Grade at Jordan Vocational High School . We won the Bi-City Freshman Football Championship as teammates going undefeated that year. I graduated with Robert in 1979 that spring break we caught a gazillion crappie under the Old Iron Bridge at "The Back Waters". Robert had some great dance moves back in school as the rest of us really couldn't dance.В

I moved away from Columbus on and off for twenty years but would always try to stop by and see my old friend selling those fine boiled peanuts on the side of the road. We would catch up and laugh a bit. Robert and I even went fishing about ten years ago at " The Backwaters" didn't get a bite but had a great time reminiscing and telling tales.В В

Robert, I'm sorry to hear ofВ  your passing so young, I'm praying for your family. Hookem' hard in Heaven. We will miss you son.

Cuz....you will be so missed! They say cousins are your first friends and that is true! I love you and am so glad that you are in Heaven and not suffering anymore. I will forgive you for making me drink out of the spit cup if you forgive me for the butt whooping you got for making me! My heart is sad and I am praying for Aunt Shirley, Ava, Uncle Bobby,В and all of your kids and grands, I know you loved them so much as they did you. I never missed playing in the dirt or river more than I do now :( Fly High
