Tabatha Joan Bowens Williams, 50, of Seale, AL was called home on Thursday, September 03, 2020.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, September 06, 2020 in the Chapel of Vance Brooks Funeral Home, Phenix City, AL. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service on Sunday. A private interment will be held at a later date.
Tabatha was born March 09, 1970 in Columbus, GA daughter of Joan Jackson Bowens and the late Elijah Bowens. She was primarily a homemaker who loved her work. Tabatha found great joy in caring for her family, especially the grandchildren and great-nieces. She never met a stranger and offered her love and support to anyone in need and willing to be helped. Tabatha was a loving daughter, wife, mother, sister, grandmother, aunt and friend. She was taken from us sooner than we wanted, however her life has left a permeant mark on our lives. We will miss her, but she will always live on in our hearts.
Tabatha is survived by her mother, Joan Bowens; husband and companion of over 20 years, William “Bill” Williams, Seale, AL; step-daughter, Brandi Williams (Erik Martinez); “daughter” Kimberly Richardson; two siblings, Sherry Richardson (Paul), Panama City, FL and David Bowens (Michelle), Salem, AL; grandchildren, Xander and Gabby; four great-nieces, Haylee, Josilyn, Olyvia and Krysli; several other family members and friends also survive.
