We are so sorry for your loss. As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of - the God who gives comfort. (2 Corinthians 1: 3,4,Psalms 83:18) Please take comfort in the hope that God gives at John 5:28,29, "All those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out."

I just read the news in the Citizen. I immediately thought of the time several trees were blown down in a storm. Tommie came over and worked as long as there was light. He truly had a servants heart.
Sandra Baxter Patterson, JVHS 61 Classmate left a message on February 1, 2017:
Families: Have your family in my thoughts and prayers today. Even though I did know Tommie since the high school years, there is a feeling of closeness with all our classmates. The local classmates have been sending notes to one another and adding prayers. May God bless you today. Sandra

I send my condolences to the family. I know this must be a hard time for the family so I wanted to share a comforting scripture with you. Isaiah 25:8 says that death will be swallowed up forever. Then it goes on to say god will wipe out every tear so this is something we can look forward to in the future. I am sorry for your lost and I will be praying for your family during this time.
