Mr. Billy was born September 25, 1946 in Mobile, AL son of the late Charlie Frank Williams and Ruby Brock Williams. He was a very successful businessman owning and operating Williams Motor Co. for many years. Mr. Billy was always smiling and seeking to serve the next customer. When not working he enjoyed bowling. Mr. Billy won numerous bowling tournaments and was always willing to mentor young bowlers to help improve their game. He also found great joy in vintage cars and riding Motor Cross Bikes, again winning numerous trophies for each. Mr. Billy worshiped at North Phenix Baptist Church for many years where he enjoyed fellowship with members and family. He was quick to go out with family and friends to a good restaurant and partake of a good meal with good company. His absence has left a void in our lives, but we know the many fond memories we made with him will always bring a smile to our faces.
